Publisher Description
If you run a business today, there are so many loopholes and gaps by which businesses either lose money, cannot reach their full potential, find it hard to grow beyond 1 or 2 locations, or may not grow beyond a one-generation business. All these are resolved with one or both of our Office247 and SelfServe apps. Combined they give your business 100% automation.
SelfServe app is for order generation (if your business uses waiters or kiosks) and the Office247 app is for cashier processing (or checkout counters). Stakeholders who want to keep in the loop should also have the Office247app on their phones.
For cashiers, once downloaded to an Android device (running 6.0 and above), it turns the phone to a checkout counter and has the option to connect to mobile printers for receipting or barcode scanners for volume transaction processing or to PoS machines for Bank Card processing (for PoS integration contact sales@4gsmail.com).
To get the best value, establish a new culture of issuing receipts. Waiters and Cashiers need to become 100% digital by issuing receipts.
And then the fun starts!
Owners, managers and stakeholders get alerts of transactions. Office247 enables you to even add the client’s name to the receipt of transaction. So you know who is buying and which of your reps is selling. And with its inbuilt chat system where you can chat per transaction, it means you can react to transactional activity in your business in realtime. Each transaction is spliced and diced into over 12 reports so you understand your Inventory, Pricing point, KYC, Sales, Terminal, CRM, ERP, H.R, Key Performance Indicators - and be on your way to growing your business into multiple locations
It can be used anywhere. All you need to get started is to register an account at https://office247apps.com and download office247 to the phones of stakeholders as well as to devices used at your checkout counters. Also, download SelfServe app (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.selfserve.service) to the devices of waiters or your kiosks (for kiosks, also contact us at support@4gsmail.com)
